TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Our Royale Corner Stone Training fosters confidence and knowledge that allows candidates to meet and succeed the daily challenges associated with an ever-changing environment. Foundation Training
This comprehensive course offers an introduction to the security industry through the use of textbooks, videos and lectures. Our instructors teach security skills necessary to protect, enforce regulations and maintain order. Upon completion, our security guards are qualified in areas such as: emergency procedures & response, access control, customer service and evacuation planning.
Specialized Training
Our Specialized Training focuses on developing skills and techniques required to succeed in different industry sectors. Through the use of case studies our security guards are exposed to different scenarios and learn the procedures required to reach a positive outcome. In addition, our security guards become knowledgeable in specific industry software.
On-Site Training
Our security guards are able to implement the skills and techniques they have developed during their classroom training. They become well-acquainted with the property layout, operations and emergency procedures.
Continuing Education
Our continuing education program keeps our staff updated with the latest industry practices and technologies. Through this program we increase employee motivation and efficiency, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
Security Supervisor Training
Individuals that have a successful track record in the security and/or law enforcement industry may apply for a supervisory position. This course fosters leadership and organizational behavior skills required to manage and supervise security guards. The Security Supervisor Training integrates topics such as: operations management, communication, advanced emergency response and information technology.
